Many schools in Canada are online but some students
have gone beyond the expectations of their computer class and
found creative ways to put this technology to use.
Crystal Martin is a student from Port Saunders, on Newfoundland's
northern peninsula. She says she's always had an interest in
artwork, as well as story writing and poetry. But she was looking
for a way to take her creativity to new levels. She found that
way right in Roncalli's own computer lab.
Martin, like many students at Roncalli, is in the process
of making a fully functional webpage, on which she will display
her artwork, as well as poems and stories she writes. This will
make it possible for the whole world to see her creative projects. |
